I don't know Lion or anything about him- but there seems to be one common factor whenever there's a ruling about [punishment] regarding a player(s). The ruling differs from one player to the next with the same offenses. I understand that each case is unique in it's own way but shouldn't there be a set guideline so if an infraction is made- there's consistency? Perhaps admins and mods shouldn't use their personal judgment. They should have something in place where it's not so contradicting- here's the law, you break it and bla bla. I bring this up because a different ruling was made on Spikeboat for the same offenses others made and it yielded in only a slap on the wrist for them.
I say if Delias thinks he should get a second chance- then I agree. Where do I vote?

I am not making another multi. This forum thread is being made for the purpose of a "trial." And yet, I have no voice in it. All of my emails into the ticket system get pushed around like some government bureaucracy. I never posted anyones phone number like suggs. I posted a doctored picture.
Maybe you can ask them for some kind of probation, or temporary access so that I can post to the forum....
may I add that the doctored photo and the party involved settled their differences and the picture was withdrawn ... (I have pm evidence testifying to this from the parties and Twill) but then the_lion received the perma ban anyway...

Honestly though, how else is he going to get the publics attention without making a multi? I mean we would have know way of knowing FOR SURE what he's saying unless he came here and said it himself.
I have no particular interest in this case but would like to make the general point that it is utterly vomit inducing to see those who delighted in pushing the rules to the limit ( and beyond ) consequently complaining about how unfair life is If you wanna act like cyber hard cases then here is a tip , stop crying when your targets fight back because it makes you look pathetic and puts me off my breakfast ( which is the important thing )

He was baited by Wicked and when he upgraded to premium to come back they cheated him out of his money.

Your activity on Conquer Club has aroused suspicion and triggered an investigation by a staff member. It has been determined that you most likely have duplicate accounts, in violation of Rule #1 of Conquer Club (i.e. no multiple accounts) with the following: the_lion, ash_of_society, the_lion_3, the_lion_2, sun_tzu723, lion_says_f_you.
Multiple accounts pose a big problem for multiplayer games -- duplicate accounts are usually created to get around the maximum number of simultaneous games limit, or to dominate a game with multiple accounts. It is not only annoying to other players, but the excessive use of server resources is unfair to everyone.
Comparing the billing information is the only reliable way to verify uniqueness of an account. It also greatly reduces the risk of someone creating several accounts for themselves.
If you have Free Membership:
We've blocked you from playing new games and posting to the forum. The only way to remove this limitation is to upgrade to Premium Membership. Our Premium Membership fee shouldn't be too much for something you can enjoy every day. Plus, you'll be supporting the development of new features and continuous improvements to the website.
If you have Premium Membership and this is your first violation:
We've cancelled your Premium Membership and blocked you from playing games with the members mentioned above.
If you have Premium Membership and this is your second violation:
We've cancelled your Premium Membership and blocked you from playing new games and posting to the forum. The only way to remove this limitation is to upgrade to Premium Membership once again.

So The Lion Renewed his Premium Again, and then had it removed, and still as yet is unaware why. Now I don't think I have missed anything in this Case, but there seems to be no small print in the last two Paragraphs that indicate a reason as to why.
If the Lion does not get offered a good enough reason from Twill or Lack for not being invited back, Then I suggest that these Misleading PM's should be re-addressed.

Those are accusations, but I have still yet to see any actual proof. There needs to be some links and copies of posts that demonstrate the baiting as well as actual dates of things such as when he was forum ban and when he paid for premium.
His polarbeast account was premium, therefore he payed for premium again...now for the baiting i don't know where that was so I can't find it, maybe chaos has an idea

Try using the Advanced Search button the top and searching for post made by the auther "the_lion". I don't know if that works or not, but I know it's closer to possible since the account doesn't exist any longer.

It doesn't work. What isn't fair is that the-lion payed his premium to get the account back and they took the premium away again.

he had premium membership ... which lasted a week (?) after receiving advice to do so from the mods

so what, he still created multis, and tried to help burn down CC with his dark lord... he made his own decisions, and is big enough to live with those decisions. when you go against the owner/admins/mods and declare war on the forums and CC, you can't win. at the end of the day, they can kick you out the door.. oh, wait... yeah, that kind of happened, didn't it. regardless of what led up to it, the actions that some of you don't want consider in the entire affair, are the most important to several others of us that live by the rules and accept the consequences of our actions. i'm tired of receiving vague PM's from his supporters, refusing to tell me anything of merit to sway my opinion or make me understand any clearer... he did what he did, and you can't ignore any of it when reconsidering his perma-ban...-0
p.s.-funny how his multis are in here openly posting, and have yet to address the crap he pulled during his revolution...

yeah, i have other intentions, they are called not letting him off of his perma-ban. what he did was wrong, and he obviously has not learned his lesson by posting in this thread with various multis!!!! hilarious! you defend the guys actions and declare he has learned his lesson and it was all wicked's fault.. and here he is, wicked is gone, and he is still creating multi accounts!! the first page of this thread, a mod states that he had just been busted in LIVE CHAT, yet again!! yeah, he has learned his lesson.. keep fighting the GOOD FIGHTS delia, you seem to be on the right track here... maybe you can start a defense fund and get a legal team together... his ban should stick, because what he did and is doing is wrong, and he, and everyone here, knows it.-0
