This thread was created because of James Vazquez' inability to separate his biases from his job and because he is clearly abusing his powers as a mod. He is a poor at his job at best and I think conquer club would be a better place with him removed from his position and replaced.

I'd venture a guess and it's only my opinion but I'm sure there are many many players that would agree with me. CC would definitely be a better place without Maxatstuy. From problems with blocks, cheats and multi's not to mention Live Chat along with abuse in every single one of Game chat that I play. Managed to destroy the site and countless player's reputations- they can no longer fully enjoy what the site has to offer because of the multitude of blocks placed on them due to Max abusing their trust when account sitting for them.

Ban this guy- lift the blocks and the site will become enjoyable once again.

Your statements about me sending you private messages are complete libel and it is comments such as those which make me wish I had done the things you are referring to. I never once sent you a private message and I have no idea what you are referring to. As I previously stated, it was my repeating that comment which was the cause of the second banishment in addition to my comments flaming your relationship with James as it was his biased which was the cause of the first banishment more so than what I said. However, I never said that you sucked James cock as I leave those comments in reference to other situations which I will not mention right now as they are irrelevant. Nevertheless, the comments which you mentioned were not the cause of the the third or fourth and since those are the banishments which you are referencing, I have no interest in going more into depth with the first two as I already admitted that he had justification for kicking me out.

Still, even his justification for banishing me the first two times does not give him the right to banish me a third and fourth time as well. The fact of the matter is that James was wrong and abused his powers as a mod, and even if he was annoyed about my comments the first two days, it should not have an effect after I served my punishment for breaking those rules.

Btw, the only time I went onto my brothers account was 25 hours after a 24 hour ban when I was still locked out (after my first time being banned.) I should have been allowed back in sooner and I went on his account because I assumed there was an issue with the system. In a talk with Hera later that night, I even showed him the time stamp on the email which I received upon being kicked out of chat which was timed stamped at over 25 hrs before I was let back into chat. It was a logical assessment that if something says 24 hours, it should automatically let me back on in 24 hours and when it didnt, that was the most logical recourse I could take.

from the original report, it looks like vazquez did abuse his power. but i don't see enough evidence. i wish i could see more of the dialogue prior to that part of it. i haven't read through the entire thread, so there may be plenty i'm missing. but from what i did read, it looked like people were name calling rather than solving.

i've known vazquez to be rash because of the game chat and helpful because of the game chat. don't get me wrong, he has helped out a significant amount as a moderator. however, from what has been indicated, it seems as though vazquez is banning you because of something he doesn't want you to talk about. is that right?

i'm curious what the moderators think of this. i'd like to see the dialogue and rational that goes behind a moderator being accused of abusing power. i'm not challenging, i am honestly curious and want to see it for my own benefit. it also might give other players who do encounter problems with moderators to be willing to speak out knowing that will at least be looked into.

but as i stated above, i may have missed that part.

Since this is a complaint against another moderator, this will be handled by an administrator (Twill or Andy). But as you can see, there are numerous issues that also needs attention, and this is not limited in the C&A reports.

I was taking everything negative which I was going to say and which could be considered flaming, and negating it, so that I wasnt saying anything that was offensive. I basically called it opposite day and allowed people to view my comments however they wanted them to be viewed. I said to James that he is NOT a completely biased mod and I made other statements similar to that.

i know i've been threatened to be banned for posting a callout in the social section. i thought that was strange and rash. but the mod who was on told me he would ban me for discussing it. i was also threatened to be banned for discussing that rule in the chat. bla bla bla. . that's my sob story. haha.

the live chat posted in my initial post was the chat right before I was banned. I had just copy and pasted it to show to my friend because it was so ridiculous how both James and gcwca were both clearly flaming me and then a moment later I was banished.

There was plenty of reason for him to be banned. His continually disruptive behaviour in Live Chat nearly ever night he was present, along with his spamming and flaming all added up to him deserving this ban. He tries to make himself out to be so innocent, when he leaves almost all of his actions out of the story.

Those of us who were always IN Live Chat during the times he was there know exactly what he did and know that he did in fact deserve it. James Vazquez was NOT abusing his power, he was merely doing his job. Max had repeatedly broken rules and ignored warnings, or tried to get around them in clever ways. Bottom line is, he knows what he did, and this thread is absurd. James has never been anything less than a respectable chat moderator.

I have admitted to being guilty for my first two bans and I deserved to be banished for those 24 hour terms. HOWEVER, you are speaking completely out of your dislike towards me in your post and not out of what actually occurred. No matter what you say, that chat in the initial post came straight out of Live Chat and it clearly shows that James and gcwca were flaming me. Action was not taken against either of them for their flaming and instead it was me that was banished. The banishment was wrong and there has been nothing said to justify it.

Meanwhile, the third banishment was almost equally absurd as I was banished for quoting a flame wars post of zsp when people were saying about how the disliked him. James wasnt even in chat that day, yet a day later he banned me for posting something he thought was me flaming xruan. No one was flaming anyone except others possibly flaming zsp and all I did was post one of zsp's comments in flame wars that I thought was funny. Xruan wasnt in chat so that commotion couldnt arise from it and instead, we were having a rather civil conversation for which I was banished. It was ridiculous and just another example of James bias that he would ban me when he clearly had no idea what occurred in his absence.

If that was the case then somewhere down the line I would have been banished from Live Chat at least once by some other mod other than James. I have had disputes with Herakilla and even though he has expressed a dislike towards me it never effected his ability to mod.

In regard to your last statement, when else would I be complaining about James' abusing his powers, he found any excuse to banish me and did so 4 days in a row so your commenting about when I made the initial accusation is ridiculous. I have been saying that he abused his power from the first time he let his feelings towards Tisha cloud his ability to make decisions fairly and justly

does anyone else know what max was saying exactly that forced his ban? was he being racist? was he being prejudiced? was he insulting anyone's religion? or was he just being annoying? he's the only one with proof, and the proof is in the pudding. if others don't like him, in general, it's significantly hard to use 'trust me' as evidence. Heck, even if you do like him, 'trust me' doesn't quite cut it.
