I'm only updating scoreboard when a group has finished a round (aka all 3 games in one round) because it's easier for me and I see now reason to update it more often

Group C has also finished their Round 2 game 3 I'll send out "voting" to both games which means that hopefully in 3-4 days we'll have a major scoreboard update

It's a difficult tournament and I feel I've left you a bit disappointed with the whole scoreboard and updates so I'll make a short update to each group so you would know where you stand and to ease my guilt

One important thing. This tournament is slowly starting to take a "sour" taste so to speed things up just a bit more then for groups that had only 2 active games I've created a third one. I hope it won't cause any problems because I made sure that freemium players still play only 2 at once.

Group A was reduced to 7-players some time ago and currently I'm having problems with BaldEagle76 joining game so I might have to start looking for reserves soon. Round 2 is almost over, I'm waiting on last decisions and soon you'll see score updated behind your names.

Group B is also moving along nicely even though they have a half-stalemate game in Round 2, what makes things easier is that all 8 player seem to be around.

Group C has recently finished Round 2 and I'm still collecting data to make update for the group, should happen in the next week fortunately. Round 3 is also moving on nicely with them even though they have just been reduced to 7-player group because Mr_Adams had to drop out due to losing premium membership.

Group D has finished Round 2 and their results will be included in the scoreboard update which I will do after A, C and G have finished sending me their round 2 final decisions. They are also a lucky group who hasn't lost any members... yet.

Group E is the extremely lucky one who played fast enough and their round 2 results have been up for awhile now. They are just 3 games away from finishing their games

Group F is a 7-player group, they lost one of their "mates" some time ago. They have 1 game in half-stalemate in Round 2 but otherwise doing well.

Group G has a half-stalemate game in round 2, otherwise moving on very nicely with active games and still as 8-player group.

Group H is the second group who has had their round 2 results up for awhile, that way they have almost finished Round 3

Hey Amazoney, thanks for taking over, this doesn't look like an easy 1.
Just catching up to what's going on, I took Bolo's place in 6th game, which is still being played.
I see I have kept his points, which I appreciate, though they weren't much since he came in last, 7th, 6th, last and 4th.
Score board says I have 7 points, is that because in the better round, even though Bolo came in 4th, he was placed lower?
If I understand this round (2nd, better) correctly, the winner chooses 2nd place, 2nd place chooses 3rd and so on?
If this is still in effect, where did this choosing take place? I didn't see it on the game chat.

And while on that subject, could you not help someone win and make a deal with them to vote you 2nd? It may seem a little unethical, but if the ultimate goal is to win the tourney, getting someone's vote in this round could really make a difference. And if you are not in position to win, you definitely want to be the winners "favorite".

Yep, you got his score though when I took it over then I screwed up groups a bit, I tried to explain it here.

As your group hasn't finished all 3 games in Better round then it means that scoreboard hasn't been updated for this round. This is done for 2 reasons: it's easier for me and it should keep things more fair as overall score isn't known to everybody.

You have understood the scoring properly and it has been done through PMs. After a game has been "scored", I've posted the results to this thread (you have to look through last 2-3 pages if you want to know your games, I haven't put them to one post).

True it is but I haven't made the rules so I'll just try to follow the tournament as well as I can. Also, the rules/scoring has always been there for everybody to see so this "low strategy" possibility has always been known to everybody.
