If you don't get it after this, I'm not sure there's any helping you.

And where do you get these big, crisp images from ? Or how do you get them ?
And I'd not really call these "crisp". They're more pixelated than what I usually get. And I just take a screenshot with a media player.
Anyway, hints. Since they seem to be sorely needed.
The movie is from 2008 and is based on a true story.

Sorry mate, but it's one of those that if you haven't seen it you just can't tell. No recognisable faces or scenes. The pics you've posted now make it a clear case of either you know it or you don't - but they sure ring no bells with me (well, last one looks like a still from Moulin Rouge but that's not it).
Hint: The protagonist was in both Inception and Dark Knight Rises.

I'm glad somebody got the answer, I was beginning to think it might not happen. Which reminds me, anyone want a go at the 20 Questions thread? Hehe, I think I would've gotten it on that clue... or so I say in retrospect
I've got some to post, just give me a few hours (when I'll be available to open photobucket n' stuff ). Or don't. again, it's your choice.

Someone else can post, can't do any screenshots atm.
Just for the sake of formality: Yes! You're right! It IS Bronson!
And go watch it. It's a great movie.
