I would like for edoc to confirm that tonka isn't a part of the mafia first but otherwise it helps more to kill davy if it indeed gains us a new townie over lynching him. Really either victor is playing us or this may turn into a big town win quickly.

I can agree to lynching mandy but it would have to be at l-2. If you will trust me edoc I will constitute one of those final two votes.

This NK of tonka is sitting very uneasily with me. So far, we uncovered a JOAT and falko. There is probably a classic protection role out there, if not a second. Victor caved fairly easily. While his story MIGHT be true. It seems a bit unbalanced that both the mafia AND the cult would have traitors. Also, if Victor noticed edoc's gamble was working, why didn't he go for his gamble earlier (this is a fairly weak point, feel free to disregard it)? I think there is a distinct chance that the doctor has now been recruited to the cult, and Victor is trying to set us up to waste our NK.

I am not saying this is true per se, but it does seem likely (at least to me). With edoc, we have someone who has proven he can be trusted. With Victor we are entering an unknown here. I think since we still have 10 days, perhaps we should continue our investigation before we do any more deal-making. If we get it wrong, and there are 5 cult members instead of 4 we are totally screwed.

To explain why I didn't cave earlier: I thought cult was going good and it seemed like the best option to go with them for the time being. I just caved now, because I'd just be bullshitting my way to getting myself lynched, and I got the feeling no one was going to believe me at that point.

1. Why are we listening to the mafia traitor on who we should lynch? He doesn’t care about us. He just wants to win and walk away, which is why he wants us to lynch Mandy now or never. Who thinks that’s a good idea?
2. If we NK Jones, what stops one of the traitors from dying? Think about this. We can’t protect them both. I know this is WIFOMy, but the likelihood of either of them dying is highly likely and our free ticket goes out the window. Based on that, I’d rather keep around the one that can help us beat the guys who kill at night.
3. Why listen to the cult traitor on who we should lynch In case you forgot, the cult gets bigger each night. If we lynch one, they don’t lose anything because another joins their ranks as long as they have a recruiter. If we lynch one of the other recruits like Victor suggests, we just end up in deeper shit. I say cut off the head, find cult the hard way and make sure we kill the mafia.

EDIT: The more I think about this the more screwed town is. We lose Falko as soon as we kill Jones which means except for dumb luck, I doubt there is a likely scenario in which town comes out on top. All we can really do is lynch Mandy tomorrow and pray for a crosskill. Any other scenario ends in bad stuff.
