I agree. The problem is if he is telling the truth it gives mafia another night to kill sometime. The positive is that it clears LSU.
I would rather lynch with a consensus. If we don't lynch him we wont know if he is lying.

hm, and there's a matter of the mysterious "scum won GG" comments, two more scum is broken and not likely IMO, mayhaps the third parties thought "oh, lynch or lose and the last scum can be lynched, lol"

and after some thought, I think the doc should claim today, any verified townies will help us seal this case, and if we wait until tomorrow, when we are at lynch or lose most likely, scum can, and most likely will fakeclaim doc, losing us our advantage of a confirmed townie.

I have considered the possibility that LSU could be mafia as well and it is a strategic move on his part. If we lynch LSU and he is lynch proof there is no guarantee that his alignment will be revealed. From my understanding of how lynch proof works, the day will end with no lynch and we will go into night. Like any other role we never know 100% of weather someone is mafia or Town until they are dead. I would suspect it would be the same here. Using his ability is no reason to expose his alignment.

I disagree about the Doc revealing themselves.

I guess the Doc will just have to use their judgment about what is going on, as I can see the benefits and drawbacks of a claim.

So, for some reason, I went back into the record, desperately looking to find a case against LSU. I re-read from the time he replaced in (he replaced Dazza who was an inactive) and I didn't find much. I don't mean I didn't find much of a case, I mean I didn't find much of any substance that he posted, with the exception of one case against Jonty. So I think this, in and of itself, is a tell. But I still just can't really put together much else to support a lynch.

So, since there is only two choices to Lynch - LSU or Jonty, I really just have to stick with the case presented against Jonty like 3 days ago. There isn't a defense that isn't posted or a counter attack that hasn't been brought up at this point.

We could either lynch him and if he's scum he'll likely die. Unless he is onetime lynchproof but that's really a longshot.

Or we could lynch jonty and if jonty is town we probably lynch Lu's the next day. Either way is fine with me.
