Aright as to the case, I am 99% sure the response here is we take a very liberal stance in what is said, and if you dont like it then use the Foe and Ratings Options you have to block the person and not have to worry about it again. But for the fun of it I will converse with the other mods to get their opinions as well.
However I must interject and say that it is light in the form of abuse, and not all trash talk should be reported as infractions. Obviously serious, and gross abuse isnt tolerated and that is why you have seen people get punished in recent days for it. I encourage everyone to use the Foe and Ratings Options.

aright KingBurger is Noted for this and a reminder has been sent to him to not venture down that familiar road again. In this case they language he used in game chat was bad sportsmanship but was not enough to warrant further action. I searched his recently finished games as well as his active ones and no other game stood out. 1 comment like this can be hurtful, can be mean but I suggest you use the Foe and Ratings powers that you have.
Last time he was punished there were several games involving much more derogatorily marks. So as I said this is Noted for now, and if he doesn't head the friendly reminder and continues on this path he will be dealt with according to the guidelines.

at this time the case that was presented was ruled upon and closed. KingBurger while he may be annoying and lewd with his comments is not found to be stepping over the line as of yet. A reminder was sent to him to watch his words cause if he went down the road he did back when he was found guilty then he will receive the next punishment as per the game chat infractions.
Looking at the game you sited JR, yes its colorful, and a bit much, but its not enough to warrant mod intervention. If he continues to get more colorful then we will re-address this and go down that road.
