World War 2 Cup 2009
This will be a quad tournament based on the same league / knock-out format as the FIFA World Cup, but played on World War 2 Maps with WW2 countries involved in the war.
This tournament is being brought to you by the following players: Pedronicus and phantomzero

Entry Requirements
Teams that enter will be required to add the scores of all 4 players and the total, so I can seed your team accordingly and apply against the name of a country in the list below. All Players need to have premium membership. One player to nominate themselves as Captain (game information will be sent to team captain / Captain to forward game details to rest of team)
Please do not add your team saying "We'll play as USA" etc. Your team will be assigned by rank.

Scoring
Group games will be scored on how many players a team has left in their team.
e.g. Team A wins with all their team alive. 4-0
but if Team A looses a player, it will be 3-0
(If two teams tie on points, the result of the game between the two tied teams will decide the winner)
When we move into the knock-out stage, if you loose, you get knocked out. That's why it's called a knock out stage.

Game Details
All games to be Sequential, adjacent reinforcements with automatic deployment. Cards and weather varying as detailed below.
All group games sunny and escalating, because a team often has to kill a team mate to get a decent snowball of cards / armies
Once out of the group games, games will be foggy, no spoils.
