seems like a very weak accusation.. only one round after he cashed was he hit by both of his opponents.. seems like he didn't like that they didn't let him continue and allow him to win the game... i doubt this will even warrant a [Noted] as there is nothing suspicious going on in my eyes...
also, if u want this looked into at all u should add some comments of why you believe they are conducting secret diplomacy..

A. This is the only game that the 2 accused have played in together.
B. It usually takes more then 1 game of suspicious play to warrant a Note or a Block unless gross abuse has occurred. (which hasn't happened here)
C. Since round 1 these 2 have been attacking each other and you.
In a 3 player game sometimes it can appear that 1 person is being singled out, which you may have felt like at one point in this game, but reading through the game log these 2 have not been partaking in a secret diplomacy against you. They are Cleared of Secret Diplomacy. You can Foe & Rate them as you see fit.
Hopefully this claim was not made because of the truce you offered up and game chat and never got a response for. If it was then let this be a Note to you that creating vindictive spurious reports can cause the accuser to be found guilty of the C&A Form Abuse Violation. In other words if not then don't worry about it, if it was then don't do it again or else you could find yourself in some trouble.
