Go onto the game finder and scroll down to the bottom of the list of maps. There are 2 "closed" maps that are allowed to be played at certain times of the year. Hence the other one is called st patricks day.

He was completely right and you are (partially) wrong, though his definition of "limited" may be different than yours.

wait, i still can't see the map, but it popped up in a game waiting for players when i did a search for the type of games i play. this is funky. i have to admit i know nothing about what the hell is going on with this horrible map.

As as I'm aware it's something to do with trying to create a Random. I haven't tried yet though.
