are there any rules about foeing?
Ifeel like every person that loses to me foes me; i can't join half the games. and it's not like i'm voilent, talking rude or something. can't play this way =\

Users are able to use their own discretion when it comes to adding people to their Friend or Foe lists. Some may have their own specific rules, some may arbitrarily add users to their lists, etc.

what andy isn't saying is that some people are total dicks and will foe anybody who beats them in a game. some of the highest ranking people have anybody decent foed so as to keep decent players from joining their games.

if you are looking for quality games then i suggest joining tourneys (for standard action) or a competitive clan (for team games). In both cases it is usually mandatory to unfoe someone during said tournament or clan war.
