how do conditional victory maps work?

Lets say we play map of oasis on assassin settings. do i still win if i hold the grand oasis even if i didnt assassinate my taget? what about terminator game? do i terminate everyone when i hold the grand oasis?

I didnt understand how conditional maps would work with assassin games..

It doesn't matter what settings hold the objective and you win.
