These players have bonuses bordering each other for many rounds.

Both players had several opportunities to bust each other but chose to hit weaker players until they are eliminated.

They leave a weak border in order to place more men on place to attack weaker player next round- looks like there is no fear of being busted.

Nothing in chat agreeing a truce.

They may have had bonuses that boarded each other and choose to attack the weaker players, was it in their best interest? Sometimes what you think is the move that should have been made, or what you think is the obvious move might not be in the other players opinion.

Also you are in the middle of the board so you were probably getting attacked more than you would have liked.

Unless you have more evidence cheddardip and gskur are CLEARED of secret diplomacy.
