I would like to call myself an experienced coke drinker, since that is pretty much the only thing to drink here in Thailand. So i decided to waste some time and see how people prefer to drink their cokes, so how do you like your Coca-Cola?
I myself think that coke tastes best straight from the can. And if a 2 liter of coke is left less then 1/2 full in the fridge over night i will throw it away, i hate flat coke.
Lets leave the alcoholic drinks with coke off the list please, stick with just pure coca-cola.

And even as you go to different countries, coke tastes a little different everywhere. But tastes a lot different in different containers. But you said you don't like coke that much, therefore non-experienced coke drinker, understandable.

This is a thread on Coke not Pepsi, but if i was in America right now it would probably be a thread on Pepsi... but Pepsi here tastes like garbage and they have no MD.... drinks from plastic bottles suck tho unless you can drink them in about 30 min after you open the bottle, otherwise all the fizz gets out and it tastes nasty flat.

I definitely think there's a difference in taste (or fizz or something) between cans, plastic bottles and glass bottles. I prefer glass bottles, myself. Prior to my living in Germany, my selection would have been "in a cup with ice", because it cut the fizz down a bit which I liked. I don't like it flat or anything...but less fizzy is good. But after living in Germany (and no ice in restaurants), I got pretty used to warm soda and so now my selection would probably be "from a glass bottle".

interesting that people like the warm coke, i personally would never drink warm coke, i get sick to my stomach just thinking of having to drink warm coke, but then again i have never been to Germany and they have plenty of ice where I live
I myself like the fizz, which is why i like it in the can, freshly opened, tons of fizz... also why i don't like the 1 day old plastic already opened bottles, fizz is gone.

Yeah...I think this is why I tend more toward Pepsi than Coke...it's a bit less fizzy.

I've had some odd tasting cokes for the record...Iraq's coke tastes...Funky? I mean it's coke but it's...Not? I don't know how to describe it but I drink it anyways. Only other coke I've had outside the U.S. is Mexio's which tastes the same in my opinion, and Germany coke that came in a odd looking plastic bottle.

I go through like...two or three cases in a week.

Plastic bottle man huh... yeah coke and pepsi products do taste different around the globe, when i was living in Australia for 5 months, there MD tasted like crap, when back in the states its my fav. thing to drink... Coke for sure tastes a lot better here in Tland then back in the states tho IMO.
Kidney stones can come from coke? i was thinking that was from drinking too much coffee or eating too much ice cream?

Yes cup and glass are the same, i just didn't want to get glass bottle mixed up with glass if that makes any sense...
i have never had one yet, but i took my buddy to the hospital to get an x-ray of his kidney stone, never heard of having an ultra sound done for one here tho. lol... did the ladies think you were having a baby?

Yeah man lol. I haven't had one yet...Probably grew a retarded tolerance to it. Pepsi in Iraq is probably the most god awful thing I've drank here. It's almost straight like water but it keeps a hint of crap in your mouth.
