i think this is quite a good idea.. see which is better..
(canada of course)

it will b 16 teams of 2 = 32 ppl
we will need 8 teams from usa and 8 teams from Canada.

The details...

Usa will face Usa untill there is 1 Usa team left..

Same with Canada..
So it will be the best american team vs the canadian team!

each game is classicmap freestyle flat rate 2v2 standard unlimited!

RED = moving on Green= eliminated

I don't think the map should be freestyle, though... That makes it less skill and more who can just be online more often...

Beyond that, if anybody wants a solid American player, give me a shout.

I would also prefer Sequential but it's not my tournment so whatever. I didn't see what the fortification rule would be. Did I miss it or was it left off the initial instructions? Thanks.
