Comments: They never openly declared an alliance but they very infrequently attacked each other and never in a serious way, maybe killing one or two troops. they have been very aggressive with everyone else and now that we see this we are all very openly and in chat moving in to attack them. I hope strict measures will be taken for very obviously breaking rule 2.

I dunno, man. There doesn't seem to be any hard evidence. I checked their walls, the game chat (I noticed they didn't say anything, which could be a clue), and the game log. I mean, it's not like VIKTORY is doing too well, and his silent truce with kap.wolf could just be "maybe if I don't attack kap.wolf he won't attack me" (VIKTORY has territories mainly in Asia and kap.wolf has Europe). And you and pink are pretty well off in comparison to the two of them... I think a PM check is in order, just in case, as neither of them said anything in the game chat, which does seem a tad suspicious.

yeah, we saw that as a bit odd that they said nothing but they are both from serbia and that gave me a clue to this. (no offense to anyone.) They were dominating the board until we went in and teamed them openly, and not secretly.

I don't see it... sharing a border doesn't mean hostilities must be initiated
and battling at every border is not always in a players best interest.

There is also the possibility of a language barrier and even though I've lost
count of how many players come from English speaking countries and never
bother with the game chat... silent play is hardly a rare event.

As a tactic, accusing them of a secret alliance seems to be working to rally
the rest of the players against them, but there is no evidence they are
actually coordinating moves via secret correspondence.

Well looking at their only other game together, [Game]7655265 [/Game], from what I saw (got bored after 1/2 half of the log) it all looked on the up and up. I do not believe them to be the same person or worked together in that game.

Of course that doesn't mean they aren't buds now.
