Comments: The two players agreed to work together to eliminate me before fighting each other. The discussion was conducted on their walls, not in game.
There was discussion in the chat HOWEVER both GeneralAnestetic and Naticus were, for some reason, having difficulty taking their turns in a timely fashion and thus would take several turns to reply in chat. I therefore made a comment on Naticus' wall to get his attention. Wouldn't have been extremely ignorant of me to post in a public forum? Wouldn't it have been more "secret" to send a PM that would have been displayed on the same menu bar on the left of the screen?
In addition, there was NO alliance. I was pinched and Naticus began to hammer me relentlessly while GeneralSnestetic simply stacked in West Country in cowardly fashion. I was pushed to merely 9 or 10 territories in and near South England and began silently stacking on East Anglia. Then GeneralAnestetic, chose to ignore me and engaged Naticus head on for several rounds. At this point I was able to regain my strength and allow GeneralAnestetic to surround me while battling Naticus. When I was strong enough I pushed through to Oxfordshire (while owning everying south from Oxfordshire to East Anglia). I left 1 on Oxforshire laying an unsuspecting trap with a stack of 43 on Essex. GeneralAnestetic deployed most of his troops to fight Naticus and reclaim the territories that he had just taken from him (as I knew he would) and had just enough to take Oxfordshire. I then took all of South England leaving just 5 territories throughout the board in strategic places to fool Naticus to not believing I would have a bonus. The next turn I crushed and eliminated GeneralAnestetic and then moved to take the game. (Much to Naticus suprise as well).
Then, I forced GeneralAnestetic to eat crow and forced his trash talking words right back down his throat. He was talking trash when he was dominating the game. Now he's resorted to this? Very sad. Obviously he can't take what he dishes out. So he ran to tattle. I wonder, in his mind, does he think there is no way he could have been so utterly duped that there had to have been foul play? Or, is he simply a whining sore loser? Probably both.
Either way, the agreement is to be made in the chat not somewhere else. If a player has to search walls to see that y'all have a truce then it becomes secret.

Well it sure looks like your buddy agreed to a truce on your wall.
But anyway, by the looks of your wall comment, you intended on throwing the game. Or maybe it was just some diplomacy tactic.
The point is, that his accusations of some secret conspiracy against him are false. He was winning and we all know the only choice the other play and I had was to knock him down. Again, eventually, I wasn't even a factor and just stayed to myself for several rounds as GeneralAnestetic put himself in a bad situation. Now, he is being a sore loser. There was nothing secret about any of this. I had no problem telling him what I thought and what was happening. Never have with anyone in any game, ever.
You're hearing what you want to hear. Green never agreed to anything. And, I REPEAT, green continued to attack me relentlessly AFTER those posts were made. You have no idea what you're talking about. There is nothing to hide. The facts speak for themselves. Check the timelines.
All we are saying is that there was never an agreement made in the game chat, only through wall communication. If anything the both of you MAY get warned for it.
I can't believe this conversation is going on. I mean really? He wanted an alliance, I said no. "Play it straight up". Which I did. And came out on the losing end. Game over. End of story.

If you truly said no to his attempt, then you won't be punished.

Is that what you were talking about as the conversation?
