Comments: "in our American Civl War game I'm not violating our truce...I don't want them to win so give me a few turns to gain their confidence. I'm still with you." a quote by flying Tiger on LES CHEFS' wall. LES CHEFS has no responce to this comment as of yet but I doubt he is participating in this illegal negotiation. Though it would not be impossible for him to be.

there also seems to be comments on Flying Tiger's wall that implies this is not his first time breaking this rule
