This would be harrassing, I think, not PM abuse. If he's stalking all your games and posting that, then something should be done. Have you PM'ed him flat out asking him to stop? Sometimes, a little hint of initiative like that scares off common trolls.

I am not going to PM him asking or demanding him directly to stop. I have posted the previous ruling in all the forums he has posted so far. I didn't pay an annual membership so that I could be harassed by some child who has free access to the site or waste my time with infantile dialogue with him.

All's I meant is that some steps taken towards simple conflict resolution could have been taken to end it quickly and efficiently. Sorry, no harm intended.

Sorry for my strong words but this kid has played 5 games in total. I am new on the site too but have been involved in internet gaming sites for years. There is a protocol in all gaming sites and (to use your words) there are lots of trolls. Banning their ISP is the only method to restrict what they feel is their "anonymous" power.

Since you're new to CC, let me clarify some things. Firstly, we don't simply ban IP's for simple trolling such as this. He would get a warning (or it would be noted) and an escalating system that can be found in the Community Guidelines (along with other CC workings) would be enforced, should he continue to be a disrupter in the Community. Please do not assume ordinances with other gaming websites to transfer onto this one. CC has a defined list of what to do when, and we try to stick to it where it is applicable.
