This Player has played cheap tactics throughout the game. I foed him early on. He had extremely lucky dice and won the game. The complaint is he will not finish the game. I do not want to loose my turn % but is this the only way I can make the game end. I have 1 troop and he has the whole board and three armies of 20 adjacent to my one? After I take my turn he has taken neutral territories. Now he just deploys troops and ends turn. Many thanks

He probably will get a pm from the admin telling him to end the game or he will get a warning. It also makes no difference if he is freemium or premium. He is prolonging this game in particular and holding this player hostage in this game.
