This is the thread where you dare someone to use a PR (Post Restriction) for 1 day, specifically, July 1, 2011.
They have to use the PR all day on that specified day when posting in the forums.

Example PRs:
Can't use commas in posts.
Must talk like a rock star.
Have a huge obsession with cats.

So make up your own PR and give it to someone!

That would get you a ban for posting a nude photo; assuming the man's anus was visible in the picture.
