Looking to learn trips and quads

Hey all. Trips and Quads are two game styles I don't have much experience with. I'd like to team up with a few people to help me learn this style rather than just join some random games vs established teams where a bunch of white cook hats see an open game and sign up on my team. Or a game where my team mates do not know how to use chat and/or work together. My anus gets sore after a very short time of playing those types of games.
