Toronto Police Love to Murder the Mentally Challenged

This seems to be happening a lot recently, or its atleast broadcasted more. Perhaps there's a way to visually show someone has extreme mental dissabilities and can't be treated like a normal victum of the police? Somewhat like a blind person with a walking stick?
Mentally challenged people can have some insane brute strength when aggitated, and won't respond the same a sober "normal" person would with being man handled. Its easy to see how situations could quickly escalate..and I'm not saying the police are off the hook, but there had to be more to the story then the mother is telling, why was he stoped in the first place? According to this video they were only walking to the pizza shop. Can't see a white guy in Toronto being suddenly attacked by the police?
Sad situation for everyone involved.
