I'll reserve judgement until the final results of the wave are in... I know that Space is almost guaranteed to go to the Risk Attackers, mostly due to your evil efforts sdh ;)

I agree that Battle of Iraq is the deciding game. If RA wins this game- score is tied.

If DB wins that game- they win the war.

Honestly, the game is super close and can still go either way. From fog- it looks like DB has the advantage- but if you see the map- RA is still very much in the game.
