Introduction
[spoiler=Intro]The European Union collapses after civil unrest starts in America. Then soon later Ukraine/Belarus/Poland plot to kill the Russian President, Russia finds out and declares war. During the defence of a region in belarus both Poland and Ukraine withdraw and therefore betray Belarus. Finally Serbia takes back its former boundaries as Yugoslavia however Macedonia manages to fight of the Serbian force in Skopje. Then the thought weak country Bulgaria sends a unexpected attack on both Romania and Istanbul. They rename Istanbul: Constantinople and declare themselves the 3rd third roman empire. In an attempt to save themselves from Russia, Crimea declares independence. Europe has gone to war who will win?[/spoiler]
Rules and Set Up
[spoiler=Rules and Setup]-this will be a 2v2 tournament however players without teammates can still join however they are unable to specify a country
-the fixed settings are no limit, doubles, sequential, automatic and the team can pick reinforcements, spoils, fog
-all participants have to have 3 slots open at all times
-there will be a total of 32 players in 16 teams
-every team will have a country
-please specify the country you want (unless you don't have a teammate)
-the following countries will be:

Rounds and Round Rules
[spoiler=Rounds and Round Rules]ROUND 1: Round Robin
[spoiler=Rules]-there will be 4 groups of 4 team members each that will have a round robin
-each player will team another team TWICE
-each country will be asked to choose a home map from the options in each group (messages will be sent out when Part 1 starts)
-first and second players ranked in that group will advance into Part 2
-in an event of a tie there will be ONE tie breaker game played on the map "europe"
-there will be 1 point awarded for winning at a home map and 2 at an away map

ROUND 2: Quarter FInals
-each participant will choose 1 preferred european map
GAME 1: winner of Group 1) and runner up of Group 3) will face in a best of 3 with 2 preferred european maps and Celtic Nations
GAME 2: winner of Group 3) and runner up of Group 1) will face in a best of 3 with 2 preferred european maps and Orient Express 1883
GAME 3: winner of Group 2) and runner up of Group 4) will face in a best of 3 with 2 preferred european maps and Third Crusade
GAME 4: winner of Group 4) and runner up of Group 2) will face in a best of 3 with 2 preferred european maps and WW2 Ardennes
ROUND 3: Semi Finals
-these games will be a best of 3
1. winner of Game 1 will play winner of Game 3 on the following 3 maps:

-rail europe
-WW2 western front
2. winner of Game 2 will play winner of Game 4 on the following 3 maps
-WW2 eastern front
-europe 1914
-Conquer Rome
ROUND 4: Finals
-winner of 1 will face winner of 2 in 2 sets of a best of 3, the first set will be on the map europe and the second one the map WW2 europe
-in an event of a tie there will be a deciding battle on Doodle Earth[/spoiler]
