You filled out the form correctly. Not many do that. But although considered unsportsmanlike by some this is not punishable. I've done this myself on rare occasions when I thought I'd earn on it.

I do this when the game is becoming lopsided and my another player can't see what's happening. I've made someone mad once or twice, but it's certainly not cheating. It's part of the game. Players can talk about whatever they want. Hide your troops better if you want to secretly build stacks.
