well, swoopy is logging on in the UK, so unless the other two are hopping a plane across the pond. i doubt he/she is their multi

the flag is based on the ip address of the person logging in so its not so easy to show different flags

First the accused are CLEARED of being multis.

Now for the secret diplomacy. You and blue were going at each other for a few rounds. In round 14 you attack blue and post in chat that the two of you should not be attacking each other. Blue takes one country from you. In round 15 you take from blue and blue takes from you. In round you take 3 from blue and 2 from red, blue does not take any country and you say in chat secret diplomacy. Round 17 you both hit each other and red. I fail to see the secret diplomacy. This is CLEARED.

I don't understand how you can keep attacking someone and when they respond with attacks of their own someone claim secret diplomacy.

Just found this by accident, looking back at the games i can see that in the 2nd game green used some very strange tactics. Although i can assure you nothing to do with me - just got lucky
