Amateil, being a mod, did that knowing full well that there would be no consequences for her.

-Regular users, like me for instance, WILL GET BANNED FOR DOING THE EXACT SAME THING (I was), while this will be swept under the rug (just a matter of minutes)

Where did she post 9 smileys? I count 7 by her, and 1 of those was due to lag (that is clearly noticed by the timestamps).

How is this proof that Amateil has spammed live chat? Anyway, you should contact the chat moderators or the chat team leader to settle this. If this is up to me, I'd clear this one but as I said, direct your issues with the chat moderators of whatever personal stuff you need to clarify with them. This is closed and locked.
