After pointing out that yellow was now the dominant player on the board, green stopped attacking me and started attacking him. After a while, green gained enough power that I started attacking him to bring back a balance of power. Eventually, green and I agreed to not break each other's bonuses (his Germany and my UK), with a set round limit on when to end the agreement.
Yellow got pissed about this, and began his own diplomacy/manipulation to get green to attack me. After the agreement with green ended, yellow suicided into me with a 54 stack, the majority of his troops. When questioned about this, he admitted that he knew it would give green the game, saying that "those are the consequnces of your open politicing to get other to attack me."
Oddly enough, when blue was openly giving away information about my troop strength and informing the rest of them that I had the Western Power objective, he didn't seem to mind. But when the same thing was done to him (pointing out the dominant player on the board), he got all pissy and decided to suicide.
Perhaps this isn't actual game throwing, I'm not really positive, but even if it doesn't meet the definition, that's exactly what he did. He suicided into me knowing that it would give the game to somebody else, not him. If that's not the definition of throwing a game, it should be.
I will admit, I'm not happy about what happened. That is one of the reasons I'm filing this report, so yeah, no need for anybody to say "ur just butthurt", because yeah, I admit that I am. But it's still throwing the game, which is against the rules. Even if nothing happens to him, at least everybody who reads this will know what kind of player this guy is, a vindictive suicider.
I've foed him and rated him appropriately, but it would be nice for an official warning to be sent his way so that he knows this type of behavior isn't acceptable. It's against the spirit of the game. Diplomacy/manipulation is within the spirit of the game and allowed under the rules, game throwing is neither.
