yes.. more proof is needed... "abuse" is more than a person rating you poorly or in your opinion incorrectly... it is that person habitually rating people poorly and abusing the ratings system as a whole.. not just abusing your ratings... lol...

I really didnt know that and I am sorry for filing this report...I looked at the first page of the accuseds rating and majority look like normal ratings..sorry for wasting the mods time on this.
While incorrect, I dont think the deadbeat tag counts as abuse. Even if it did, it wouldnt matter. Ill send him a pm to give the definition of deadbeating just so he knows that missing one turn isnt deadbeating, but I wont put as noted.
Maijs and Dahirmaqbul were the result of a game where it looks like the 2 of them worked together (fairly and within the rules) and the rater was unhappy about the game.
Not all poor ratings are a result of ratings abuse, if we start busting people for every poor rating they leave, we may as well remove ratings from the site.
