What is the policy concerning if someone has to leave for vacation or for other reasons. Can a friend or anyone else log into your account while your away? Just wanted to know...since I leaving for a week starting Wednesday.

Yes, a friend may take your turns as long as he isn't in the game with you.

its also common curtsy to announce to everyone that your doing it.

but isn't really needed. If the player has left "self notes" on what they are planning to do and how they go about doing it, the sitter is just a filler. No real need for everyone to know about it!

When I sit for a person I don't announce. I have had people sit for me that do and don't announce. Either way it is fine by me!

To clarify, it's ok as long as he's not your OPPONENT. It's ok for him to be in a game with you if you're partners in a team game. It's not required to announce it. I usually don't, unless I want to heckle the other players. :wink:

I like to try and get the people I sit for Negative feed back. Like a momento from that time when they made the terrible mistake pf letting me rummage around their account!
