Theres a list of all the state license plates. Still very confident thats a PA license plate, I encourage the next guesser to split PA in half or something.

i say it is a better match then the one you put up. if you zoom in closely to the truck you can see it look less like a line of white and more like a circle (the area on mine without letters in the middle)
