I broke a truce with BroncoJordy in game 11714129. He/she got annoyed and has now gone into some of my other games posting this comment "Chk 11714129, D4 Damager makin a name as a backstabber, don't truce him". I understand that Spamming or trolling other player's games is not allowed (Game Chat Guidelines) so I don't think this is appropriate.

Since the accused only typed 1 sentence in a short period of time (all on the same day) I won't classify this as harassment.
Therefore the accused is cleared but advised not to repeat this again.

D4damager, to avoid situations like this I suggest you foe Bronco and rate him accordingly.

I agree on the foe, rate and move on idea, but I'm not sure that it would "avoid situations like this." All it would do is make it so that you can't see the chat when someone does do this. Which would probably be worse in some cases than no foeing them. Everyone in the game but you would see this message and you wouldn't even know about it.
