We have internal policy in place, there are more rules than just army inside the clan, we've small fleets, as Army, you can upgrade your status in the clan from normal army, [ Map Specialist, Vice fleet commander, Fleet Commander, Director, Vice Clan Leader & Clan leader ] . We like to reward skilled players to do well for the clan.

the most important things for us:

• respect people around the clan, we are a lot become friends
• good communication with mates: place thoughts for you turn + no rush to take turns (before commanders approve it)
• preferred people who can log in twice in day, not spend many hours in CC by particular, but available to check back for team mate feedback

if you feel you need a lot as player, it's still not problem we've coaching system in place.
