New log in

I am having trouble with it saying I need to log in to see this page. it happens when I click on my name (or anyone else), try to log into forums (lol, except this one worked this time. Of course I am logged in. I even tried filling out a new form and now I need to tell them to take of that form as it counted as a new person....any suggestions on how I managed to screw this up? I am a little older and somewhat computer challenged
