instead of killing 250 neutrals ( 440 neutrals on the ground as i write this)
therefore putting me in a unfair position, and doing this in favour of someone else

thats fine, but suiciding on me and harming me big time just because i had the most troops is unfair
( i dont have a bonus) green does, and in the longturn he can win the game anyway ???( maybe)

While i can understand, i can tell you nothing is ever done against people who randomly suicide on someone when they get bored.

I honestly dont want him to get kicked out of CC,
a warning is suitable,
me writing to him has no effect,
a warning issued to him from the mods is more effective
a warning is punishment too
