[GO] Territorial Spoils

Concise description:

• A new way for spoils that add a twist to the game.

Specifics/Details:

• You get a base of 4 troops per cash. If you own one of the territories on the card, multiply it by 2 for a total of 8. If you own 2 of the territories, you double it for 16. If you own all 3, you take 32 troops. Numbers can be changed.
  
  Simply- 4 troops as a base, double it per territory you are cashing.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• It will provide a creative new way to play games, and benefits you to not have one huge stack on one spot, constantly moving around one step at a time to take 1's just for a card, but won't kill you like a nuke game.

For example, using the Classic Map, I have a card hand of Nairobi, Bangkok, Anchorage, Vancouver, Istanbul, and Tokyo. I hold Tokyo, Nairobi, and Bangkok. Let's say the cards are all blue.

If I play Istanbul-Anchorage-Vancouver- 4 troops, all unowned.
If I play Tokyo-Anchorage-Vancouver- 8 troops, I own one (Tokyo).
If I play Tokyo-Nairobi-Vancouver- 16 troops, I own two (Tokyo and Nairobi).
If I play Tokyo-Nairobi-Bangkok- 32 troops, I own all three.
