Pretty simple. Someone lists 4 things, of which 3 have something in common and one is the odd one out.

To win, someone must correctly guess the odd one out and explain what links the other 3.

But Lizzie Borden is also an odd one out being the only female.

Very good! For the record, it's called naked triplets (or sometimes triples), so the nudity was not simply gratuitous. You would have gotten bonus points for guessing that Spongebob was the only one made by me.

I see: a kiss, straight (pool), a full house and one pair, so all would be combinations in poker and the first one is not. However the first picture can be interpretated as one pair also.... I think I am close but am I right?!

It's funny what other people see that you hadn't expected. I had actually intended that the first couple was straight (as in not gay), and the dogs was a little joke/hint because they sometimes play poker, but not right now. I'd say your interpretation is valid, too.
