He joined 5 years ago, played one game, and then returned in April. He could be a multi, sure, but the chat hardly supports it.

Firstly, "it happens" suggests a wider knowledge of this site than 29 games would provide.
Secondly, what's it to you if the chat does or doesn't support the claim? If he's a Multi, ban him, if he's not don't.
Thirdly, there are so many cheats on this site that I am making a stand. I'm fed up with being treated like a villain on this site when I'm not the one cheating.
