Not against the rules I'm afraid - revealing in fog is a tactic, also sometimes used for misdirecting. Annoying but not illegal. Add him to your foe list.

I blame the people that are stupid enough to counter in a similar manner, instead of getting outraged and thereby proving what "the revealer" says is true.
