Make Killer Neutrals not spoils for Zombie Games

Concise description:
  • Getting Killer neutral spoils in a zombie game is a waste of time except in the rarest cases
  • In Nuclear it's really helpful
Specifics/Details:
  • For Zombie Games remove all the Killer Neutral territories from the list of potential spoils cards
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
  • better gameplay, more strategy/less luck for zombie
  • start a zombie zumba club and rumba together
