Add Chat Glove script to the Site UI

This has been mentioned before and seems it would be fairly simple to add.

Concise description:

• Implement the Chat Glove script in the site UI

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• It would give users the ability to see which games have new chat at a glance from mobile devices so you don't have to go into each and every game if you're curious.
• Would be a great time saver and addition, especially to those who check games on their phones, tablets, etc.
• Would also be nice for everybody to have it site-wide w/out them having to install the script

This would be awesome, but also needs to make chatglove work better, all the time it reads my own chat as new chat after I leave! D: lol

Not enough people use chatglove, this would be a great thing for the site, provide more communication between players in generally, create better community.
