Texas is set to acknowledge that posting on Conquer Club's fora is a healthier way to waste your time than choking the chicken, flogging the Fendusaurus, spanking the monkey, etc.
With the stated purpose of regulating “men’s health and safety,” the bill would create a “civil penalty for unregulated masturbatory emissions” that occur “outside of a woman’s vagina [or] medical facility.”
Masturbation would be “considered an act against an unborn child” that “fail[s] to preserve the sanctity of life.” Semen would be stored in medical facilities and saved “for the purposes of conception for a current or future wife.”
Another provision in the bill would create an informational packet called “A Man’s Right to Know,” similar to a current proposal requiring doctors provide women seeking abortions with a pamphlet called “A Woman’s Right To Know.” The male version of the booklet would include information “related to the benefits and concerns of a man seeking a vasectomy, Viagra prescription, or a colonoscopy” and must “include artistic illustrations of each procedure.”

lol pretty ridiculous. I get what they're trying to do, but it's comparing apples to oranges. "'Masturbatory emissions' that occur 'outside of a woman’s vagina [or] medical facility'" have zero chance of becoming a human life, whereas the fetus a woman is about to abort obviously has a significant chance of being (or "becoming," depending on your view) a human life. In fact it's the only way a human life comes into being.

Once any human is removed from food and shelter (found in the womb for a baby) the chance of them remaining a living person goes down quite a bit.
I disagree but that is how they are comparing the spermatozoa to a fetus. Once they seperate from the host body they die. Then you just make the leap to, it was just tissue attached to the host.
When the fetus was actually a developing person. Whatever helps you get through a plate of eggs I guess.

He's not guilty of sodomy...in Texas. That doesn't preclude such acts in other states or in Canada.
