He responded by sending me a multi-paragraph analysis of why I sucked and why he was the far superior player.
I never denied he was probably the best player on the website and by that point I was burnt out on CC and I probably did suck at that point.

that's not the type of guy that will ever be interested in clans or team games or whatever. more like the type of guy that will go for massive ranching/farming. only points cout for him, and only 2-3 maps are worth it. I'm expecting to see some C&A going on within the next couple of month. Lou and others can testify to this...I play medal hunt games like a speed chess player (I don't 100% optimize strategy like I would in a clan game)...but this guy ran his mouth so much I made an exception for that game since I was behind and wanted to prove a point. He probably would've won the game if he hadn't ran off at the mouth...
yes rf, i think you are quite in the same mode as me... tha hell with the points, you can't medal hunt and care about your rank at the same time. Getting a decent score means discipline, and that's not what I'm looking for right now... actually medal hunting does require a fair amount of discipline too but a different one... I'm the kind of guy that never really creates his own games, and I just join games that could help me towards certain medals. sometimes it means joining games with settings that look awfull but hey.. at least you learn some ew tricks.rockfist wrote:I got the "only points count for him" mentality loud and clear. I've said for a long time that one day I'm going to have 10-20 active games and play for a top score. I've never actively played for a top rank and I'm not sure it will ever be a possibility with my game count and tournaments.
