It does, my friend had 99% and one day it was back to 100% which annoyed me then, as it still does now. Even 1 missed turn ever should place a 99% record limit for ever, surely?
Whilst the lessons on rounding are well received my issue is merely that no rounding should occur above 99% as having 100% attendance while still having missed turns is just wrong, abhorrently so.

Well, i have 10 015 games played and 5 695 wins as of right now, yet it says 57% win rate. How is that any different? Do you see a decimal coma on these %? No, right? Then stop being such a nit picking asshole about your "friend".
----------It is not like we are given perfect attendance awards....Wait ...should we be getting perfect attendance medals/awards or conquer credits? ......Like once a year...Then everyone's attendance will go back to 100%...You know like school or in places of work, where people are rewarded for not missing time.......But of course there will be those who are the skipping kind or the I don't feel like going in kind...they can get special medals of their own... How is your example not different? Win rate being rounded isn't particularly misleading, having 100% attendance yet having missed turns is blatantly misleading. The whole thing of 100% is it equates to perfect, you see someone with 100% record and think they've never missed a turn yet clearly we now know this isn't always the case. Which is bollocks, nit-picking arsehole or not it's bollocks!

How much worse is a decimal coma compared to a regular one?

Well a coma with a decimal if you prefer... not a millionial. But it could work too.

In that case, you should complain about all these guys with a 5.0 rating only because it got rounded up after susan from accountings rated them all 4/4/4 just to piss those 5.0 off.

Must suck to be your friend
I suspect their friend is big enough not to care about the .4%
Huh, it rounded up on me too. I never noticed because unless it's showing something much lower than 97% it just means you missed a turn for some reason.
It's not like you are someone that may not show up half the time.
36% of turns taken. That makes me wonder, who has the worst attendance?
