Is there a way to resign from a game, if you decide that you are losing so badly, it is a waste of time to continue playing?

fastest way out is to drop only in 24 hour games wall opponent ask to rt the remainder of the game in speed games dropping takes little time to finish the game up.the resign option is not available in all games so till that changes dropping not attacking is the fastest way to end games your getting a thumping in ...

If it's a 1v1 or Poly game, a Resign button will come up on turn 10 if you're getting crushed.

If it's not 1v1 or Poly, there is unfortunately no Resign option at this time. Many people feel that in a multiplayer game you have an obligation to finish it.

Why is the surrender button not called, "The button to prevent an inevitable extension to a game we are pretty certain you can't win otherwise you wouldn't be allowed to select the option button." ?
