Multiple fortification tabs

I think in the fortification stage, there should be multiple "How many" and "from" tabs all going to one "To" location. This is for people who like to move armies from many territories into one, to save time.

hehe you lazy asshole, just suck it up and Click the extra 10 CLICKS at most to fortify one country with armies from manie places and keep the interface the way it is and not mess it up.
