These are suspected Secret Alliance

Smeulders said ok over the game chat with some explaination ( because 1 only, OK, is a bit suspicuis ).
This seems like an appropriate place to ask: is it a secret alliance if you PM someone regarding an alliance, but declare if the person agrees to it? Seems like that would be okay...
If Gen Chickendick did offer an alliance of any sort to Smeulders, then it was made outside the game chat, and that makes it an attempt to have a secret alliance with one other.
I can not say that a secret alliance was made since the other player, Smeulders, did announce in the game chat about any truce that was offered. However, Gen Chickendick accepted nor denied anything in the game chat. If there is any actual truce, that is not even sufficient to place any block between them based from this game. You can leave a feedback about it if you really feel there is something fishy going on but make sure to back it up with facts. We leave this up to yourselves as the game progresses on.
