OBVIOUS choice is EMPIRE,but i say SITH
not that its a better film, but its story is sooooo important and fight scenes sooo great.

My favorite old one is Return of the Jedi and my favorite new is Revenge of the Sith (obviously).

Attack of the Clones should have been the best star wars film
it was set up sooo much to be the best
remember that feeling you got when we got to finally see anakin in action from the trailer.
in your mind, the movie loooked spectacular
it should have been fun...like the clone wars cartoons and the first half hour of SITH

they really facked up.
it shouuld have been the light of anakin and the fun before the fall...not just wheenie teenage bickering.

Phantom menace = suck
Attack of the clones = suck
Revenge of the Sith = okay, nothing spectacular
A New Hope = Best by far
Empire Strikes Back = 2nd
Return of the Jedi = Sucked. Ewoks, 'nuff said.

The masses always seem to go for Empire, which doesn't surprise me in the least, but I actually prefer Return of the Jedi the most. Although, Revenge of the Sith is a close second in my book.

The ending of Sith could have used a little work. I think the scene where he breaks away from the table after getting the black suit is a little cheesy.

I enjoyed Sith when i saw it. I've never seen the original 3 properly, so I gotta say Sith as its the best of the new 3.

yea my favorite film is sith, i have seen each movie at least what.. 4 times each?? well except for the last 4 from Sith on, cause we lost episodes 4 5 and 6 and SITH i have not been able to watch for a while

i agree, the end is a little cheesy, but its still good. And it was awesome to watch in theaters. I even got dizzy at the beginning

I agree with u for almost all but i think it should go more like

Phantom menace= suck
Attack of the clones = suck
Revenge of the Sith = AWESOME!!
A New Hope = ok
Empire Strikes Back= 2nd
Return of the Jedi = dont know, havent seen it since i was five, but at the time i thought the Ewoks were evil

It IS awesome. It IS. It really bugs me how people, pretty much my age and older, largely won't even give the new trilogy a chance simply because it's not exactly like their childhood raison d'etre. Yes, Episode I had certain annoying elements, if you're an intolerant and hateful person. Yes, Episode II was one of the worst movies ever made, taking into account every hicksploitation that 1970s Georgia could churn out. But Episode III was AWESOME. Amen.
