Someone leaves you a negative feedback for attacking him. There was an openly declared alliance between me and green bound ONLY by the terms of "I wont attack you for awhile". After he took 2 continents (while he had North America) which included greenland (I suggested that he only take that while I took the Ice Cap. I attacked N. America after that move was made.
